Quality homes for modern Filipino’s discerning taste

Virtusio points out that NSJBI has a portfolio of 10 vertical developments and one horizontal project, each of which has its own unique strength to bank on, meant to cater to the needs and wants of specific markets.

This, she adds, is what makes each project at par with the other developments available in the market.

Current projects of New San Jose Builders include the Victoria Towers, which is located at the heart of Quezon City’s entertainment district; Victoria Station 1, which the company claims to have everything one needs in a high-rise development; Victoria Station 2 that provides avenues for guests to enjoy sports and recreation; Fort Victoria which is the crown jewel of New San Jose’s developments and proof of practical luxury coming to life.

The company also has developments in Makati and Manila like the Victoria de Makati, which is located at center of the central business district; Victoria de Manila, on the other hand, is located at the center of Manila and five minutes away from an LRT station; while the rest are Victoria de Manila 2, Victoria de Tomas Morato, Victoria de Malate, Isabelle de Valenzuela and Metro Manila Hills.

Victoria de Manila 2 is equipped with a two-hectare indoor sports complex, six lane bowling facilities, Olympic-length swimming pools, fully equipped and professionally manned gyms, tennis, badminton and basketball courts, billiard halls, open activity centers and a members-only spa.

Meanwhile, Victoria Station 2 has two badminton courts, two basketball courts, two tennis courts, billiard and table tennis hall, archery, squash, shooting range. The sports center’s most unique feature, however, is the 50-meter, Olympic-size swimming pool.

And these, according to Virtusio, are just some of the reasons homebuyers should make NSJBI developments their top of the mind choice.
