MANILA, Philippines-Gaming company DigiPlus Interactive has partnered with the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (Pagcor) to launch a nationwide campaign for responsible gaming.
This collaboration reinforces DigiPlus’ commitment to making responsible gaming a priority, ensuring that gaming remains an enjoyable and positive experience.
As the home of trusted entertainment platforms, DigiPkus has made responsible gaming central to its mission.
DigiPlus’ social development arm, BingoPlus Foundation, is leading initiatives to educate and empower players to be cautious and disciplined in gaming.
The efforts include online seminars to guide players in maintaining balance and control and addressing mental health.
Other efforts include personalized financial coaching and responsible gaming videos that have already reached millions of players nationwide.
Alejandro Tengco, Pagcor chairman and CEO, underscored the significance of the collaborative effort with DigiPlus
“Gaming is meant to entertain, but it must always come with safeguards to protect players,” Tengco said.
“Together, we aim to elevate the industry by prioritizing player welfare,” Tengco said.
DigiPlus chairman Eusebio Tanco echoed Tengco’s statement.
“Responsible gaming is not just an advocacy for us at DigiPlus, but a fundamental principle,” Tanco said.
Under the partnership, the BingoPlus Foundation will expand public awareness initiatives.
By joining forces with Pagcor, DigiPlus reaffirms its dedication to raising the bar for responsible gaming practices in the Philippines.
