This once-in-a-lifetime trip offered a rich blend of modern sophistication and traditional charm, immersing the wholesalers in Japan’s vibrant culture and diverse landscapes.
With Vice President and CFO Carlito Macadangdang, the trip began with a grand exploration of Tokyo, where the wholesalers immersed themselves in the city’s dynamic fusion of ancient traditions and cutting-edge technology. They started their journey at the historic Asakusa Temple, followed by a stroll through Nakamise Street, which offered a glimpse of an old Tokyo with its vibrant marketplace and traditional crafts. A memorable photo opportunity was held at the iconic Hachiko Statue, a beloved dog of Japan who was a symbol of loyalty.

The day concluded with a delectable yakiniku dinner, offering a perfect end to a day rich with exploration and enjoyment.
On the second day, it was dedicated to the enchantment of Tokyo Disneyland. The wholesalers explored the park’s numerous attractions and enjoyed an array of themed merchandise and delicious food offerings. The day was filled with joy and excitement as they immersed themselves in the magical world of Disney.
The third day featured a more relaxed pace, as the top 10 wholesalers visited the Louis Vuitton Café, also known as Le Café V, in Tokyo’s Ginza District. Here, they indulged in a luxurious dining experience that perfectly blended high fashion with gourmet cuisine. Additionally, Vice President Carlito Macadangdang took the opportunity to acquire a limited-edition Richard Mille RM-UP 01 Ferrari watch worth Php124 million.
