Federal Land wins multiple accolades, showcases expertise and excellence at the PropertyGuru Awards

Federal Land Inc. continues to set the bar for excellence and innovation in Philippine real estate, as showcased by its remarkable list of wins across several categories at the PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards 2024.

The premier property developer bagged major plums across multiple categories, reflecting its comprehensive expertise in delivering upscale residences and masterplanned communities that not only offer quality, innovative designs, and exceptional value but also address the evolving demands of modern urban living.

Acclaimed distinctions

At the 12th PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards held Sept. 6, Federal Land was rightfully honored as the Best Luxury Property Developer. Supporting this distinction is The Seasons Residences in Bonifacio Global City, recognized as the Best Luxury Condo Development in Metro Manila while its retail component, MITSUKOSHI BGC, also clinched the Best Retail Architectural Design award for its stunning, culturally enriching space.

The Seasons Residences—a venture by Federal Land and Japan’s Nomura Real Estate Development Co. Ltd., along with Isetan Mitsukoshi Holdings—brings together Japanese precision and Filipino warmth to curate fresh experiences that embody sophistication and elegance, whereas MITSUKOSHI BGC presents a Japanese- inspired retail space that provides a rich cultural experience through its selection of brands such as MITSUKOSHI Fresh, Snidel, and Nitori.

Riverpark, Federal Land’s 600-ha township in Cavite, meanwhile, earned dual accolades: Best Township Development and Best Township Masterplan Design. This “Next Gen City of the South” provides smart living and lifestyle-enhancing developments in a landscape that integrates river and parkside experiences.

These honors awarded to Federal Land are indeed a reflection of its exceptional track record. For over five decades now, it has been building homes, commercial spaces, and integrated communities that consistently push the envelope in creating and delivering extraordinary lifestyles.

‘Highly Commended’

Besides these projects, other Federal Land developments also garnered notable citations.

A Highly Commended citation for High End Condo Development in Metro Manila is conferred to Mi Casa. Situated in the Bay Area, it offers lifestyle amenities and lush green spaces that enhance daily living within an active urban setting.

The Grand Midori Ortigas was presented a Highly Commended citation for CBD Development, highlighting serene Zen-inspired design with practical urban living in the bustling core of a major business hub.

Awarded a Highly Commended citation for Branded Residential Development, Marco Polo Residences is Cebu’s first branded residence that blends local charm and world-class hospitality standards.

Horizon Land citations

Federal Land’s smart value brand, Horizon Land, garnered recognitions as well.

Siena Towers in Marikina received Highly Commended for the “Best Affordable Condo Development” category.

Quantum Residences was conferred a Highly Commended citation for Connectivity Condo Development for its distinctive “isang sakay” concept, which provides effortless access to the city’s transportation networks. Siena Towers took home a Highly Commended citation for Affordable Condo Development award in Metro Manila, as it presents strategically located, practical, and sensible homes for the broader market.

Award-winning partnership WITh NRE

This early, Federal Land’s new joint venture company, Federal Land NRE Global, Inc. (FNG), is already creating a buzz, making a notable impact on the local real estate scene.

This dynamic collaboration between industry giants Federal Land and Nomura Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. (NRE), formally established in 2022, was recognized as the Best Breakthrough Developer, a fitting nod to its early success in bringing Japanese design principles and innovations to Philippine real estate to enhance contemporary living experiences.

FNG’s groundbreaking initiatives were recognized, as its inaugural project in Cavite, Yume at Riverpark, was named Best Sub Division Development. This premier horizontal residential development embodies the meaning of Yume, the Japanese term for “dream,” by offering sublime lifestyle experiences that blend modern Japanese home solutions with serene urban living.

Yume is just one of the promising projects of FNG, which has sought to introduce innovative design parameters from Japanese concepts and international best practices in its masterplanned communities here. Initially, FNG is embarking on four smart, mixed-use projects located in the Manila Bay Area, Mandaluyong City, Cavite, and Cebu, which collectively span 250 hectares. In these integrated developments, the partnership promises a new lifestyle, a higher standard of living, and a future defined by quality and excellence.

Meanwhile, The Estate Makati, a collaboration between Federal Land and SM Development Corp., likewise bagged major awards, including Best Ultra Luxury Development and Best Condo Development in the Philippines. Designed by the world-renowned architectural firm Foster + Partners, it also garnered a Highly Commended citation for Lifestyle Development.

With these esteemed recognitions, Federal Land reinforces anew its position as among the frontrunners in Philippine real estate, truly raising the bar for excellence and innovation.
