Golf legend Nicklaus, known as the ‘Golden Bear,’ is an 18-time major champion, including three victories on Scottish soil at St Andrews and Muirfield.

The development is centered around an 18-hole Jack Nicklaus Signature Championship Golf Course and features luxury homes on the historic Ury Estate, offering views of the stunning Ury Castle. This project aims to become one of the most exclusive residential golf communities in the world.

The first phase of the 1,600-acre, multi-million-pound development consists of fully-serviced self-build plots and five-bedroom luxury homes within The Nicklaus Village. This is the first of three planned phases, with future releases including Golden Bear Homes and The Jack Nicklaus Retreat. Owners can buy or build their dream homes, most of which will offer spectacular views of the Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course.
