Novotel Manila Araneta City has proudly been recognized as the champion in the midscale market category, earning the prestigious LISTeN Program Award for 2023. This accolade underscores the hotel’s unwavering dedication to delivering top-notch guest experiences and exceptional service. Achieving a top average score of 95.73%, Novotel Manila is proud to banner the Philippine flag in this remarkable achievement. Notably, this is the hotel’s second win as a champion, with the first being in 2019. The hotel is also the champion for the midscale market in Asia Pacific and the champion for all Accor hotels in The Philippines.
The LISTeN Program, an AccorHotels Quality Program, groups all hotel quality expectations based on the market they belong to and its level of demand. The program is built on five pillars: client recognition, needs qualification, client stay information, personalized proposition, and client experience. Additionally, the program’s basic principles include being customer-centric, recognizing return guests, adapting conversations based on customer needs, maintaining flexibility to cater to different markets, and focusing on guest satisfaction and experience.

Hotels that participated for at least nine months in 2023 and continue to participate in 2024 were considered for this recognition. Champion properties receive an e-certificate and a trophy, while runner-up properties receive an e-certificate. The award was received by the hotel’s reservations team together with the guest service center department and was attended by the division heads for Commercial Sales and Revenue Management.
