The Philippines ranked 73rd out of 199 passports in the 2024 Henley Passport Index.
However, the country’s ability to provide visa-free or visa-on-arrival access went down to 67 out of 227 possible destinations. This was lower compared to 69 visa-free access previously.

Meanwhile, the Singaporean passport has reclaimed its position as the most powerful passport, offering visa-free access to 195 destinations. Following closely are the passports of France, Germany, Italy, Japan, and Spain, each providing access to 192 destinations.
The Henley Passport Index is a respected ranking of all the world’s passports based on the number of destinations their holders can access without needing a prior visa.
