Restaurateur Happy Ongpauco-Tiu, who headlines the dining pillar, found her purpose by continuing her grandmother and father’s legacy with the Barrio Fiesta restaurant. From her home kitchen, where she’s used to whipping up food from scratch using natural ingredients, the idea for The Wholesome Table was born. UN Ambassador for Food Security and Nutrition Cherrie Atilano, trains a spotlight on the source and journey of food.
