Gates provide your first level of protection against intruders.
Consequently, any homeowner would want a gate that could truly serve its purpose—a tough, durable barrier that can afford any cautious homeowner to have his/her peace of mind, but at the same time, provide a stylish front to complement the elegance of the house’s façade.
While there are already a number of companies offering quality gates, Doortech System ensures that the gates it distributes in the Philippines are not only of quality, but are more attuned to the present consumers’ needs.
Formed in 1996, Doortech System claims that its more than a decade of existence in this business has given it enough knowledge, insights and understanding of what consumers really want, while at the same time it always ensures that its products are at par with industry standards.
Doortech System currently offers a wide range of products for doors and gates, which include embossed panel steel and fire doors, sliding and swing gate operators, gate barriers, automated garage doors, roll-up shutters and grilles. It caters directly to homeowners from Tarlac, Quezon and several other provinces, while, in Mega Manila, Doortech System has provided for the “automation needs” of its residential and industrial customers.
“Doortech System adheres to high-tech quality services in accordance to the discriminating taste and standards of known architects and contractors for residential, commercial, industrial and institutional customers, as well as distinguished developers,” the company explains.
Gate operators
Among the more notable products of the company are the RIB swing, sliding and folding gate operators, which are all imported from Italy. These are the products that would allow households and other clients to enjoy gate automation, of which the company claims to have pioneered in the country.
Doortech System says the reason for introducing such technology here in the Philippines was rooted from the company’s desire to put the country at par with the rest of the world.
“We felt that there was a growing need for convenience among homeowners. Previously, homeowners would have to wake up their household helpers at night in order to open the gate. By having electromechanical gate operators installed onto the gate of their homes, they can now open their gates automatically through remote control,” it explains.
Also, gate operators eliminated the need for an individual to alight from his or her vehicle and open the gate manually, which the company says is even more troublesome during the rainy season.
“RIB has different gate operators for various weights and come packaged with safety sensors,” the company adds.
With the sensors in place, one is assured that gates would automatically stop operating in case an object or a person suddenly passes through. Selected gate operator models also have a RIB Wi-Fi version that is controlled through the radio signals emitted by the central master unit, thus eliminating the need to connect gate operator components through wires.
Convenience
Doortech System gate operators also provide homeowners convenience and ease of use as it can be accessed using remote control.
However, in case of a power outage, there is a manual override function on the gate operator that will allow the homeowner to still access his gate.
What the company also considers as its edge among other similar products available in the market would be its post-installation service.
“Our biggest edge would be our post-installation service, which is supported by a one-year warranty for our gate operators and spare parts availability. Customers can readily call our service department in case there are problems with their automation, even on holidays,” the company explains.
“Post-installation service and spare parts are critical factors that homeowners must consider when choosing gate automation, as having a malfunctioning gate operator which cannot be repaired is troublesome,” Doortech System concludes.
