Fujitsu PH unveils digital innovation hub

MANILA, Philippines — The local unit of IT equipment and services firm Fujitsu recently unveiled its digital innovation hub in Makati which, it said, is the company’s first technology-assisted workshop space in Southeast Asia.

Fujitsu Philippines managing director Raul Santiago III said the technology-assisted facility, which is equipped with state-of-the-art video conferencing equipment, will provide users of their facility access to top-tier interactive digital tools.

“We are dedicated to addressing business challenges, from refining operations to enhancing customer experiences,” Santiago said in a statement.

The company describes the hub as a collaborative space where organizations can draw on their in-house expertise and extensive partner ecosystem.

The interactive digital tools in the facility are seen as a good complement to traditional analog-style workshops, providing an engaging environment for brainstorming sessions, prototyping, and product testing.

Expansion of global solutions

Fujitsu said this blend of digital and analog resources ensures that organizations using the facility can collaboratively explore and refine ideas effectively.

It also said that the new hub is part of the company’s expansion of its global solutions and services to accelerate digital transformation under its co-creating program.

The company said it aims to help its customers in the Philippines grow their businesses and solve issues through end-to-end IT solutions by providing them access to the world’s leading technology.

These technologies include cloud computing, networking, artificial intelligence, data security, and other converging technologies.

Aside from the Philippines, Fujitsu also has digital innovation hubs in Japan, Australia, and Europe.
