Last week, Federal Land NRE Global Inc. (FNG), the powerhouse partnership between Federal Land Inc. and Japan’s Nomura Real Estate Development Co. Ltd., broke ground for The Observatory, a 4.5-hectare mixed-use complex rising in Mandaluyong City.

Gilbert Berba, head of Urban Planning and Design; Masaya Hirao, executive advisor; and Yasuhiro Ohira, senior management advisor.

As Mandaluyong’s latest mixed-use landmark, The Observatory distinguishes itself through its premium location, comprehensive offerings, and panoramic vistas of Metro Manila’s skyline.
