Bossjob’s new feature to benefit Pinoy freelancers
MANILA, Philippines —Job search platform Bossjob has launched a new feature enabling employers to find talents across Asia, providing more remote work opportunities for Filipino freelancers who seek additional sources of income.
In a statement on Wednesday, the company said its platform now allows recruiters to post job openings accessible to all applicants in specific countries, in the region and the rest of the world.
“With our new international feature and dedicated remote jobs section, we’re not just expanding horizons, but we’re actively dismantling barriers to global employment and fostering a more inclusive, accessible job market,” Bossjob CEO Anthony Garcia said.
Bossjob has observed that remote job postings have doubled since the third quarter of last year, showing the growing trend of this kind of work in the employment market.
Job opportunities
Remote job opportunities available in the platform include those coming from information technology, customer service, human resources, sales, finance, manufacturing, banking and healthcare sectors.
