Yuchengco family offers a glimpse of never seen before artworks, memorabilia
The Yuchengco family is offering an exclusive insight into their privately held art collection, including never-before-seen artworks by Helen Yuchengco Dee, in an exhibit held at the Yuchengco Museum in Makati.
Dubbed “Timeless Collections,” the exhibition stands as a remarkable celebration of art, culture, and history. Along with Dee’s paintings are the distinguished masterpieces of national artist Fernando Amorsolo and national hero Jose Rizal.
The exhibition, spanning multiple floors of the museum, also features the works of distinguished National Artists such as Victorio Edades, Arturo Luz, Vicente Manansala, Ang Kiukok, Benedicto “BenCab” Cabrera, Cesar Legaspi, and HR Ocampo.
The exhibit further dives into the world of modern and contemporary art with contributions from artists like Anita Magsaysay Ho, Norma Belleza, Angelito Antonio, E. Aguilar Cruz, and FB Concepcion.
This exhibition not only unveils hidden gems but also opens a window into the rich cultural legacy preserved by the Yuchengco family, making it a must-see for enthusiasts and connoisseurs alike.
Most of the pieces are exclusive along with a rich collection of memorabilia of the late Alfonso Yuchengco.
Timeless Collections was organized by Y Museum in partnership with the Wealth Management unit of the Rizal Commercial Banking Corp. (RCBC).
