The Golden Grab Awards 2023 marked a triumphant “Feast of Excellence,” spotlighting the best-performing merchant-partners on the leading superapp. As awardees and merchant partners went all out for the 2023 edition of the awards, the event unfolded in a dazzling display of Iconically Filipino fashion, showcasing the diverse and rich tapestry of the nation’s creativity.

Grab merchant-partners with exceptional business performance and customer service were recognized at the recent Golden Grab Awards.

The Golden Grab Awards 2023 marked a triumphant “Feast of Excellence,” spotlighting the best-performing merchant-partners on the leading superapp. As awardees and merchant partners went all out for the 2023 edition of the awards, the event unfolded in a dazzling display of Iconically Filipino fashion, showcasing the diverse and rich tapestry of the nation’s creativity.

Icons in their own right 

The Golden Grab Awardees and attendees came in their glittering best, adorned in Butterfly-sleeved ternos, barong tagalog, indigenous fabrics, and luxurious pina and silk, turning the New World Hotel, Makati into a fashion spectacle. The burning question on everyone’s mind—Who grabbed the top award?—kept the audience at the edge of their seats.

November 22 saw the New World Hotel, Makati, brimming with friendly competition and excitement. The Golden Grab Awards 2023 wasn’t just about recognizing Grab’s best-performing merchant-partners; it was a celebration of Filipino entrepreneurs’ resilient and creative spirit. 

Delivering Excellence 

At the core of the Golden Grab Awards lies a deep appreciation for its Merchant-Partners. These culinary trailblazers were acknowledged for their exceptional service, innovative marketing strategies, and unwavering dedication to Grab app users. As Grab continues to soar to the top of the Filipino delivery service industry, the lives of both merchant-partners and customers have undergone transformative changes for the better, a narrative that resonated throughout the night.

The Merchant of the Year award was taken home by Jollibee. The proudly homegrown brand embodied what it means to be an icon of progress and an inspiration to all merchant-partners, showing what can be achieved through years of dedication, hard work, and top-notch customer service.

Iconic Filipino fast food chain Jollibee wins this year’s much-coveted Merchant of the Year award at the Golden Grab Awards. Some other winners are Chowking, which took home the ‘On the Dot Award’ for prompt and efficient order fulfillment; Potato Corner and WangMart snagging the title ‘Order Precision Hero’ for being consistent in their order accuracy and fill-out rate; and Pizza Hut, Unilever, Robinsons Supermarket, and Jollibee claiming awards under the Innovation Category as they embrace Grab tools and technology to better serve their customers. Other awards bestowed on much-deserving merchants include Creative Campaign of the Year, Ads Trendsetter, and Demand Mavericks.

Lorent Adrias, Marketing Director of Kenny Rogers, graciously accepted the Ads Trendsetter Award on behalf of the brand. He shared, “As Kenny Rogers remains relentless in offering its beloved dishes to Filipinos, we make sure we leverage available tools of our partners so we can effectively reach our consumers. Our long-standing partnership with Grab has not only empowered us to evolve our communication channels but has also been instrumental in expanding our customer base and effectively conveying our messages to our loyal patrons.”
