Invitation to Bid for Dialysis Center PPP Project for the Renal Center Facility of the Baguio General Hospital and Medical Center

The Department of Health and the Baguio General Hospital and Medical Center (BGHMC) are inviting interested parties to qualify and bid to finance, design, retrofit, supply, operate, and maintain a dialysis center within the BGHMC Compound that will serve hemodialysis patients in the Province of  Benguet and surrounding areas under a  16-year Build-Operate-Transfer Public-Private Partnership.

Bidding is open to all interested parties, whether local or foreign, subject to conditions for qualification under the Bidding Documents, the Constitution, Republic Act No. 6957, as amended by RA 7718 (BOT Law) and its Revised 2022 Implementing Rules and Regulations, and other applicable laws and jurisprudence.

Bidding Documents, including the Instructions to Bidders, the Concession Agreement Term Sheet, and the draft Concession Agreement and its Schedules, will be made available for purchase for a non-refundable fee of Fifty Thousand Pesos [Php 50, 000.00].
