Ayala Land unveils 62-hectare estate in Nasugbu

MANILA  -The Zobel family’s property giant Ayala Land Inc. is expanding its portfolio of masterplanned estates with the launch of a 62-hectare mixed-use development in Batulao, Nasugbu, Batangas.

The project, dubbed Arillo, will require initial investments of P1.9 billion for the first five years of its development, the builder said in a statement.

Ayala Land president and CEO Meean Dy said Arillo will be a “one-of-a-kind leisure destination” that will offer a wide range of amenities catering to both residents and visitors.

“By early next year, expect the leisure center to be operational which will have a café, a welcome center for our buyers and guests, and the mountain climbing center, which is the jump off point to Mt. Batulao and Mt. Talamitam, Arillo Canyon Trails,” Dy said.

Arillo will also offer commercial lots of businesses seeking to expand in the area.

“Arillo, however, will not be a signature AyalaLand Estate development without ALI’s well-balanced mix of developments. To complete the vision for Arillo, we will have a commercial district with a three-hectare retail town center, Seda’s first mountainside resort, and residential offerings from AyalaLand Premier,” Dy said.

Arillo will rise in Barangay Caylaway, Nasugbu, Batangas. It will also have access to major highways such as South Luzon Expressway, Skyway, Cavite-Laguna Expressway, Cavite Expressway and Nasugbu-Tagaytay Highway.

“The upcoming Cavite-Tagaytay-Batangas Expressway is poised to further improve connectivity, reducing travel time from Makati by at least 30 minutes,” Ayala Land said.
