Property giant Ayala Land Inc. unveiled on Wednesday its latest premier eco-tourism estate, envisioned to become a beautiful sanctuary for life and leisure amid a serene, natural setting.
Arillo—which spans 62 hectares in Batulao, Nasugbu, Batangas—is poised to become a contemporary leisure hub in one of the Philippines’ top tourist destinations, situated between the famous beaches of Nasugbu and the upland charm of Tagaytay.
Rising on the former Evercrest Golf Course, Arillo will soon be transformed into a masterplanned estate that integrates leisure living with compelling investment prospects for discerning individuals with its planned residential developments, resort amenities, lifestyle hubs, nature trails, as well as commercial and event places.
Preferred leisure destination
As it is, this up and coming nature haven in Batulao already enjoys the benefit of a strategic location. This quarter in Batangas, highly accessible from Metro Manila and other parts of South Luzon, has long been a preferred leisure destination among city dwellers given its cool climate, high elevation and outdoor leisure offerings such as mountain climbing and trekking.
Ayala Land’s newest estate however brings a different kind of promise that embodies its commitment to creating sustainable communities that elevate lifestyles and businesses alike.
Initially, Arillo will have a Visitor’s Center for tour guides for Mt. Batulao. It will also have a coffee shop and will serve as an entry point for Arillo Nature Trails, comprising a 3-km hike and educational nature tours. Horseback riding facilities will be made available early on, including the trails, open decks and lagoon as well.
Lifestyle offerings
Rising initially in Arillo is a Leisure Town Center that will enable guests to immerse themselves in the beauty and bounty of nature with a few modern comforts. To be offered here are premium overnight facilities, a nature sanctuary, an events venue, an array of outdoor leisure activities, and a curated restaurant district and town center.
Aligning with its eco-tourism and sustainability thrust, Ayala Land has also incorporated activities that will impress upon guests the significance of caring and preserving the environment. For instance, Ayala Land plans to offer stewardship and regeneration activities for Mt. Batulao, and work with the local community to professionalize mountain climbing activities for Nasugbu.
Investment opportunities
Beyond its exceptional leisure offerings, this premier eco-tourism estate in Batangas also presents compelling investment prospects. This unique blend of lifestyle and economic potential, along with its beautiful location, no doubt makes Arillo a distinctive destination for discerning individuals who value both leisure and financial growth.
As with any Ayala Land development, Arillo assures investors of a dynamic environment that will be highly conducive for business and investment, enabling them to benefit from continued appreciation of property prices and capital values, especially over the long term. Fittingly, Ayala Land is laying the foundation in Arillo to expand opportunities and nurture investments over time.
Currently, Arillo offers only limited prime lots, with sizes ranging from 2,000 sqm to 2,300 sqm. Priced at P100,000 to P105,000 per sqm, these lots can be the future site of a hotel or resort building; bed and breakfast type of accommodation; “residential hotels”; or retail centers.
One of the first locators here will be Blue Leaf, which stands at a 5,134-sqm lot. With its event halls and outdoor area, Blue Leaf will be ideal for weddings, milestone celebrations and other important gatherings not only for families but even also for corporate events.
Indeed, Arillo will be another much awaited venture, poised to elevate lifestyles, attract investments and generate quality jobs for the province, all while helping preserve the pristine natural surroundings of this famed destination. Arillo will no doubt be a master-planned, premier eco-tourism estate like no other.
