Welcome to work.able Robinsons Summit Center, your newest flexible office space along Ayala Avenue.

In Makati’s bustling central business district, an address on Ayala Avenue has long stood as the epitome  of corporate sophistication, a mark of prestige that one’s business or company has truly arrived.

Amazingly, this corporate status symbol no longer has to come at a high cost, all thanks to work.able,  the flexible workspace segment of respected real estate developer Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC).  On December 7, 2023, work.able is formally launching its third work.able flexible space at its most  prestigious location to date, Robinsons Summit Center on Ayala Avenue.

At this highly strategic location, work.able will introduce its portfolio of flexible workplace options, which  include co-working spaces, private offices, meeting rooms, event spaces, and build-to-suit offices to the  discerning Makati business crowd. Since its launch in 2019, work.able has been perfecting these unique  flexible office spaces that have since become a haven for productivity and employee well-being, with a  generous dash of Filipino flair. With the most competitive rates in the flexible office space market – you  could have all these and more.

As you enter the work.able center, you’re immediately greeted by a fusion of traditional Filipino design  elements and modern aesthetics. Rattan and solihiya patterns effortlessly blend with neon lights,  creating a bright, uplifting atmosphere that’s uniquely Filipino yet undeniably chic.

Now, let’s talk meeting rooms and private offices – each one is designed to capture breathtaking views  of the Makati skyline, which are especially impressive from the work.able’s 24th floor location. For  startups, incubators, or small businesses, Private Offices 11 and 12 with 29 and 24 seats, respectively,  should have your company’s name on it. A “dynamic duo” of adaptability, these two offices can be  connected seamlessly when your team needs to expand and conquer more of the corporate world.  Private Office 14, on the other hand, boasts floor-to-ceiling windows where natural light streams in,  making every workday feel like a stroll in a sunlit park.

“work.able’s flexible spaces provide the utmost versatility to our clients,” shares Elton John Peralta,  Robinson Offices Head of Special Projects. “Our flagship center in Makati offers spaces to companies  of every size, from 9 to as many as 212 people, in every configuration you can think of. work.able’s  services do not come with significant overhead costs, long-term leases, utilities, maintenance, and  security, we tailor-fit each requirement to suit our customers’ needs and desires.”

The meeting pods resemble bahay kubos featuring accent walls made out of banig which were locally sourced from Bukidnon’s local Tagolwanen Women Weavers Association, Inc.

On December 7, select business and lifestyle media guests were treated to a preview of work.able’s  newest space. The distinctive Filipino touches, which are a tribute to Robinsons Land’s parent  conglomerate, the Gokongwei Group, earned raves, especially the meeting pods that charmingly  resemble cozy bahay kubos. Their banig accent walls, sourced from Bukidnon’s Tagolwanen Women  Weavers Association, add that extra touch of artisanal craftsmanship. Want to have a quick chat with  another group beside your pod? Simply slide one of the colorful window panes open! In need of some  extra motivation? The neon signs on the walls with the words “dakila” (meaning ‘great’) and “magiting”  (‘brave’) inspire you to conquer tasks with boldness and without fear.

Because we know the younger generation wouldn’t miss an opportunity to snap their OOTDs, the  work.able office abounds with social media-friendly spaces adorned with island-inspired wallpaper and  woven-framed mirrors. Sharing the pics online is a breeze, with work.able’s consistent and fast WiFi.  Employees might even talk about it in their next podcast, which they can record at work.able’s onsite  studio, of course. At work.able, workspaces are designed to be as enjoyable as they are productive.

Take a sip of work.able’s special blend coffee while taking inspiration from the expansive Makati skyline.

The pantry area is another fine example of this philosophy, with its decorative lights shaped like  traditional bilao, which bring a touch of whimsy while serving up a dash of Filipino pride. The pantry is  a great place to relax, grab a bite, or enjoy unlimited cups of specially blended work.able coffee in  between tasks, but it serves other functions equally well, capable of doubling as a townhall or a  recreational space. The collaborative spirit extends to leisure, with the center having a foosball and a chess table, fostering a balanced and enjoyable work environment – showcasing work.able’s  unbeatable versatility.

With decorative lights shaped like traditional bilaos, this brings a touch of whimsy & Filipino pride to work.able’s pantry that functions dually as a townhall.

Additionally, Robinsons Summit Center, work.able’s host building, is not just an office space, it’s a  commuter’s dream. With its seamless access to transport hubs, your journey to work is always smooth  and convenient. Taking your car to the office? No problem – the building has its own onsite parking  facilities. Another prime benefit of the building’s location is that it provides tenants with access to  Salcedo Village through the Valero Access Road, making this a great spot to network with other nearby  businesses, creating unlimited opportunities for expansion and further growth.

Makati, say hello to the future of flexible workspaces. Welcome to work.able.
