PH1 World Developers bags back-to-back real estate awards

It was an award-filled September for PH1 World Developers (PH1WD) as it reaped back-to-back property development accolades.
The real estate developer took home two top honors in Lamudi’s The Outlook 2023 Philippine Real Estate Awards held on Sept. 21 at the Shangri-La The Fort in Bonifacio Global City. PH1WD was named Real Estate Innovator of the Year for using progressive building solutions to address the country’s housing backlog. It was also conferred Best Boutique Developer in Luzon for addressing the specific aesthetic and functional needs of its clientele.

PH1WD projects also received awards for excellence in concept and design at the DOT Property Awards on Sept. 14. My Enso Lofts, located in Timog, Quezon City, was recognized as Best Loft Type Condominium by the prestigious Southeast Asian award-giving body.
“We are honored by the support shown by our peers in property development as we pursue our mission to disrupt property development conventions in the Philippines,” said PH1WD president Gigi Alcantara.

“These awards are a testament to the dedication of our incredible team and the belief of our clients and partners in our developments. We will continue to introduce innovative concepts to our properties and innovative engineering solutions to deliver extraordinary experiences for our customers,” she added.
PH1WD, formerly known as MySpace Properties Inc., is now the real estate arm of listed infrastructure developer Megawide Construction Corp. which officially acquired PH1WD in July this year.
It was a move that proved to be a strategic one for both parties as this is seen to unlock more possibilities in the areas of design, engineering and construction of vertical and horizontal projects.
PH1WD currently has projects in the vertical and horizontal segments. Its first project was The Hive Residences in Taytay, Rizal. It is now developing My Enso Lofts in Timog, Quezon City, and Modan Lofts in Taytay, Rizal. Its first horizontal offering, Northscapes San Jose Del Monte, is also under development at present.

PH1WD was named one of the Top 10 Developers in the 2023 BCI Asia Awards Philippines.
With a goal to disrupt property development conventions through innovation and engineering technology, it is hardly surprising for PH1WD to pick up more distinctions as it continues to grow its portfolio.
