MANILA  -Local oil companies announced Monday an increase of up to P1.30 per liter in the prices of petroleum products effective Tuesday, Oct. 24.

In separate announcements, the oil firms said the price of gasoline will increase by 95 centavos per liter. Prices of diesel and kerosene will rise by P1.30 and P1.25 per liter, respectively.

Pilipinas Shell and Seaoil will implement the fuel price hike on Tuesday at 6 a.m. Cleanfuel will adjust its prices at 4:01 p.m.

This week’s upward adjustment comes a week after a rollback in pump prices. Last Tuesday, diesel and kerosene decreased by 95 centavos per liter each while gasoline dropped by 55 centavos per liter.
