DMCI rakes in P5.6B for Batangas leisure project
The Batangas leisure project of DMCI Homes has raked in P5.6 billion in sales as nearly all of its 800 condotel units have already been reserved.
The Consunji-led company, in a statement on Thursday, reported that 93 percent of Solmera Coast’s inventory has been taken up as of Sept. 15. It was launched on Aug. 7.
The flagship project of DMCI Home’s leisure brand offers studios, one-bedroom units and two-bedroom units with price tag ranging from P7.1 million to P17 million.
Condotel units are sold to homeowners who can then rent out their condominium units to guests.
The 800 units are spread across three mid-rise buildings which are scheduled for occupancy in 2027.
The company is also set to launch two residential projects in Batangas.
