DLI’s Regus CDO Downtown Tower, its flexible workspace venture, has reached 98-percent occupancy rate amid the growing demand for hybrid work setup. It is on the top floor of SM CDO Downtown Tower in Cagayan De Oro City.
“As we strive for further progress in Mindanao, it is essential that we maintain a strong social awareness of how we can better support our local communities. We are confident that this initiative will not only create more employment opportunities for the Mindanaons but also adapt to the evolving working conditions in the post-pandemic era,” DLI president Ricardo Lagdameo said.
