It’s a fitting recognition not only of their stellar performance, but also of their valuable contributions in helping shape the Philippines’ dynamic real estate market.
The AyalaLand Estates group recently feted its top performing sellers, whom they recognize as their brand ambassadors, in an intimate gathering at Ayala Museum. This is in celebration of their achievements in connecting prospective buyers and investors with the company’s different projects and offerings across the country.
Besides conferring awards to AyalaLand Estates’ top sales agents and brokers, these brand champions were also treated to a night of great music, curated menu, and an exclusive viewing of a multimedia exhibition entitled “Splendor: Juan Luna, Painter as Hero”, which showcases “Hymen, oh Hyménée!”, Luna’s long-lost masterpiece.
“We’d like to take this opportunity to recognize and thank each and everyone of you for being one of our strongest assets in AyalaLand Estates. Your continued trust, drive, and love for the Ayala Land brand and products have propelled all of us to where we aspire to be,” Robert S. Lao, senior vice president and group head of AyalaLand Estates said in his speech.

They, too, play a significant role as advocates for holistic development as they help contribute to the creation of vibrant communities, where opportunities flourish, quality jobs are generated, and lasting relationships are formed. Essentially, these ambassadors are also helping build a better future for the buyers and investors they cater to.

Lao explained that in selling commercial lots, their brand champions are able to help encourage the influx of investments, commercial and institutional developments, as well as housing and infrastructure projects, which are all triggers that help drive the economy.
Diversified portfolio
This is why Ayala Land Estates continues to diversify its products to make it easier for its ambassadors to scout for and market to investors with different investment appetites.
More specifically, AyalaLand Estates continues to expand to more locations and innovate new products to open a wide range of commercial property investment options that can appeal to the varying needs of investors. These offerings include an array of locations across the country—from prime commercial lots in estates located within Metro Manila, Central Luzon, CALABARZON and Cebu.
The group also designed a balanced and diverse mix of lot types in varying lot sizes, as well as flexibility in terms of use to make it more attractive and appealing to national, regional and local investors.
“We have been opening commercial and shophouse lots in prime locations within our estates, and I urge you to take advantage of this opportunity as inventory has been moving fast,” Lao told AyalaLand Estates’ brokers.
“We also continue to enhance and adapt to the growing demands and preferences of the market through our diversified products, activation programs and creative solutions to maintain our industry leadership,” he added.
Enriching communities
At the same time, Ayala Land also continues to prime its estates, enabling these to offer enriching communities that will allow its stakeholders to thrive well.
“To prime and accelerate development, we put in a lot of time and investment in forging strategic partnerships with institutions, brands and other like-minded organizations that share our vision. For the past months, we have been busy welcoming new locators, partner institutions, completing planned infrastructure, utilities and civic spaces to activate and equip the sites—laying the groundwork to make sure the sites are on turnkey mode ready for investors,” Lao said.
Currently, Ayala Land has a total of 49 masterplanned, integrated estates that continue to serve as catalysts for growth. Businesses will find a fitting home in these dynamic centers, which offer a complete and integrated mix of uses. These estates have been carefully curated and professionally managed to ensure that all businesses and properties here are primed for progress.
