Metrotent jam-packed during ‘JC Grand Mentors’ Training Series 2023’
JC, a direct marketing firm founded by Jonathan So and Carlito Macadangdang, recently held its much-anticipated training event in a jam-packed Metrotent in Pasig, gathering their most skilled and accomplished JC mentors to share their expertise and knowledge with their fellow distributors.
The Grand Mentors’ Training Series 2023 held at the Metrotent, Pasig City last week allowed grand mentors Val de Jesus, Jayson dela Cruz, and Anne Batcho to share their invaluable expertise thereby equipping franchisees with tools to excel within JC.
Franchisees have a lot to learn from the trio given their background with JC.
Bacho, a former call center agent, is known to be one of JC’s “millionaire makers.” As a franchisee, she earned over P62 million. De Jesus, a former baker, is a veteran in the industry and has earned over P70 million in his 25 years in the business. Dela Cruz, for his part, has 15 years of experience in the business.
Also honored during the training series were the top franchisees for the month of June, namely: Dianne Layug Tan, Erarev Bacho, Ranielito Macadangdang, Ferdinand Crisostomo, Kenichi Enda, King Mark Pinos, Kristelle Santos, Louisse Abayan Marianne Go, and Aleza May Landicho.
The event also gave recognition to the accomplishments of HK Travel Awardees, the exceptional Boracay Product Movers, and the elite Luxury Circle Awardees.
JC co-founder Jonathan So emphasized the significance of their products, specifically Organic Barley, and how it has become a cornerstone of the business.
“Guys, two years naming pinlano ‘to… ‘yan ang foundation kung bakit natin ginagawa ung business na to. Meron tayong quality product,” he said.
So also announced the exciting travel incentive program to reward dedicated franchisees.
“Mapansin nyo, kahit na bago ka lang dito may chance ka sumama sa’min sa travel incentive. So guys, sa mahilig magbenta, sa mahilig mag-consume ng products mayroon na kaming travel incentives para sa inyo. Three days and two nights sa El Nido, kahit anong products na kinu-consume o binibenta nyo,” he said.
