Community spaces

Besides being a walkable district, one of the most notable features of BGC would be its community spaces and pocket parks that serve multiple purposes. To further encourage the use of these eco-friendly modes of transport, BGC has also provided designated parking spaces for personally owned bicycles and has allocated areas for Moovr, the first app-enabled bike and e-scooter sharing service in the Philippines. According to its website, BGC has 28 Moovr parking locations. Consequently, these efforts are helping BGC reduce its carbon footprint.

Connectivity

What further makes this CBD attractive is the fact that it is accessible via nearby thoroughfares such as Edsa, C-5, Kalayaan Ave. and McKinley Road. Nearby infrastructure such as the BGC-Ortigas Road Link also provide alternate routes to other business hubs while upcoming big-ticket public projects like the Metro Manila Subway System, and Skytrain monorail will conveniently and seamlessly link BGC to the rest of Metro Manila.

On top that, there’s the BGC Bus that enables you to easily go around the CBD. This has designated stops and routes, and it can take you to as far as Arca South and back.

Capital appreciation

Given the continued growth and vibrancy of BGC, one can expect developments here to continue appreciating in price and value. This is why many see it as the perfect location for their property investments.
