Bulacan’s economic growth potential—already on the upswing, thanks to several new property developments, on top of the sprawling Aerocity being developed by San Miguel Corp. —is set to receive another boost from another ‘city’ project.
This time around, it will be coming from the P2-billion commercial and industrial township in Guiguinto, Bulacan of the Czark Mak (CZM) group of companies dubbed “AcroCity”.
Covering an area of over 20 hectares, CZM’s AcroCity is Bulacan’s newest township which is envisioned to be a lifestyle hub catering to the growing needs of the surrounding communities and residents of nearby areas including Metro Manila.
This is good news for all stakeholders as the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry has identified Bulacan as the next growth center due to its adequate labor force and proximity to the National Capital Region, as well as big-ticket infrastructure projects being undertaken by the private sector and the government.
Last week, CZM launched its NDW Plaza project, which will serve as AcroCity’s community and town center focusing on wellness. It will host, among others, a world-class dialysis center, but may include a diagnostic center, and even beauty treatment clinics.
NDW Plaza will also be home to a fitness gym, a bank, and dedicated retail spaces to complement existing leisure and commercial offerings.
“With AcroCity, we are not merely constructing properties; we are building dreams and forging connections that have the power to transform lives,” CZM executive vice president Caesar Angelo Wongchuking Jr. said. “Our vision is to create a vibrant community at the heart of Bulacan, where businesses thrive, residents flourish, and dreams are realized.”
Watch for a slew of other commercial and infrastructure projects to start breaking ground in Bulacan over the next few months as the local scene heats up.
