MANILA -The property venture of business tycoons Edgar Sia II and Tony Tan Caktiong eyes sales of about P4.9 billion from its Hotel101-Libis Bridgetowne, touted to be the largest hotel in Quezon City.
DoubleDragon Corp., the owner of the Hotel101 chain, says it will start selling its inventory of Hotel101-Libis Bridgetowne, comprising 702 units and slated for completion in 2026.
“The Hotel101-Libis Bridgetowne units are seen as a solid investment since the unit owners are able to directly and perpetually own a real estate hard asset through the full ownership of the unit through a condominium title,” DoubleDragon says in a regulatory filing.
“The company, to date, has fully secured all the necessary building permits and has commenced construction site activities,” it adds.

It expects to generate around P18.4 billion in revenues from its new hotel projects, which will include locations in Boracay, Palawan and Bohol.
