Recognizing the importance of creating meaningful connections with their clients, SM Development Corporation (SMDC) held yet another successful run of SMDC Date Night last May 24 at the SMX Convention Center in Pasay City this time, with renowned Filipino singer-songwriter Rico Blanco.

Performing his hits such as ‘Wag Mong Aminin, Palibot-libot, and Liwanag sa Dilim, the rockstar extraordinaire captured the hearts of the crowd with a nostalgic medley of classic OPM songs that guests jumped to, swayed to, and sang along with.

Prospective buyers and investors enjoyed a night of captivating live music, delectable food, and compelling investment deals from SMDC — an exclusive experience which the 2022 DOT Property Southeast Asia awards “Developer of the Year” curates for their investors.

Before ending his set list, Rico Blanco took the time to thank the attendees and encouraged them to “Step Into Luxury” with SMDC by purchasing a unit at any of their premiere developments: Gold Residences across NAIA Terminal 1, Glam Residences in EDSA, Quezon City, Sands Residences along Roxas Boulevard, and Sail Residences in the Mall of Asia Complex.

SMDC Date Night is a monthly event that serves as a venue for property seekers and homebuyers to connect with SMDC’s property specialists and gain one-night-only discounts on SMDC’s pre-selling and ready-for-occupancy developments. The event has already featured artists including social media sensation Gigi De Lana and The Gigi Vibes, ‘Prince of Pop’ Erik Santos, and ‘Asia’s Nightingale’ Lani Misalucha.
