Notice is hereby given that the annual meeting of stockholders of VISTA LAND & LIFESCAPES, INC. (the “Company” or “VLL”) for the year 2023 will be held online on June 15, 2023, Thursday at 10:00  a.m. with the proceedings livestreamed and voting conducted in absentia through the Company’s secure voting online facility which may be accessed through: https://apps.vistaland.com.ph/VSRV/registration.
