Search for best employers begins
There is no better way to determine which companies are the best employers than to ask the employees themselves.
They are, after all, in the best position to know if the companies they work for walk the talk, that they really care for their employees’ growth and well-being, and not just pay lip service to putting their employees’ welfare on top of their priorities.
They will also be able to tell if their companies go beyond any hype and actually stand for more than just profit, as they to take to heart their responsibility to the greater Filipino community and the planet as well.
This focus on the employees’ opinions and beliefs makes the Philippines’ Best Employers project of the Philippine Daily Inquirer in collaboration with German market research firm Statista Inc stand out from the rest, as it provides a definitive list of who really are the best out there among the thousands of companies operating in the Philippines with at least 250 employees.
After the successful run last year, the Philippine Daily Inquirer and Statista began this year’s search for the best employers to work for through a nomination period which ran from March 17 to April 12, 2023. Thousands of employees will then be surveyed to come up with a definitive list of the country’s best employers.
You can either rate your own company or rate other companies within your own industry that you feel you can confidently recommend to your own friends or family.
