Dialogue on leadership, coaching in post pandemic workplace set for May 11

MANILA  -The International Coaching Federation Philippines Charter Chapter, the People Managers Association of the Philippines, and the Philippine Society of Fellows collaborate for the first time to celebrate the power of coaching in the workplace during the International Coaching Week 2023.

The half-day learning event, dubbed “The Leader as a Coach in the Multimodal Workplace”, focuses on the post-pandemic hybrid workplace and the challenges leaders face in engaging and developing individuals, teams, and other leaders.

It will be held on May 11, 2023 from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. at Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria.

Speakers from ICFP, PMAP, and PSOF will present the following:

• Setting Up A Coaching Culture in the Post-Pandemic Workplace, presented by Maria Belinda B. Morales, RPsy, CSCLP, ACC, chief HR officer, Megawide Construction Corp
• The Leader as Coach, presented by PMAP president Elizabeth D. Nasol, DPM, senior vice president and head of human resource management at Energy Development Corp.
• Leader-Coaches in the Hybrid Workplace: Best Practices, a panel discussion by Michelle Garcia, FPM, chief HR officer at Sun Life of Canada (Philippines); Eric del Castillo, FPM, general manager, Nissan Asean Talent Management, HR Nissan Phil.; Vina Paglicawan, PCC senior director for wellness & resiliency at Task Us; Maria Socorro Benipayo, professional coach, faculty Asian Institute of Management.
