Indeed, for a significant number of buyers, it is the most important factor that will make or break a purchase or payment.
So who are these companies and brands that are the best of the best in customer service?
The Philippine Daily Inquirer, the country’s leading news and information provider, and respected Germany-based research firm Statista want to know and recognize them and will need your help.
Through an extensive survey that will be conducted from April 12 to May 17 among Filipino respondents, the Philippine Daily Inquirer and Statista will identify these exemplary brands and organizations from around 100 subcategories spread across three groups: brick and mortar retailers from groceries and supermarkets to sellers of food and homeware, clothing and beauty and wellness products; online retailers and service providers such as banks, hotels, insurance companies and telecommunications companies.
Those that will get the highest marks from the public will land on the inaugural list of the Philippines’ Best Customer Service 2023 that will be published on August 30,2023.
