Fuel prices up by P1.70 to P2.60 per liter starting April 11
MANILA, Philippines — Local oil companies on Monday announced a P1.70 to P2.60 per liter increase in the pump prices of gasoline, diesel and kerosene starting Tuesday, April 11.
In separate advisories, Petron Corp, Seaoil Philippines Inc, and Cleanfuel said that would increase the prices of gasoline by P2.60 per liter and diesel, by P1.70 per liter. Petron and Seaoil said they would also raise the price of kerosene by P1.90 per liter.
Petron and Seaoil will be implementing the price hike starting 6. a.m. on Tuesday, while Cleanfuel said it would adjust its prices by 4:01 p.m. on the same day.
According to Petron, the fuel price adjustments “reflect movements in the international oil market.”
The latest price adjustments come just a week after oil companies on April 3 increased the prices of gasoline by P1.40 per liter, diesel by P0.50 per liter, and kerosene by P0.20 per liter.
