Vista Residences solidifies foothold, cements position as industry leader

Vista Residences, Inc. celebrates two decades of enhancing skylines, reimagining lifestyles, and shaping communities for the global Filipino.

Since its inception in 2003, the condominium arm of the Philippines’ largest integrated property developer, Vista Land & Lifescapes Inc., has been  rising to the challenge of  creating beautiful vertical communities that fit the changing urban ideals and cosmopolitan lifestyle of modern Filipinos.

Vista Residences has been rising to the challenge of creating beautiful vertical communities for modern Filipinos.

And it has fittingly done so. With more than 40 residential projects in various stages of development, Vista Residences has now solidified its position as a major industry player, present in strategic locations in Metro Manila and key cities such as
Baguio, Cebu, and Cagayan De Oro.

Addressing a growing demand
Vista Residences’ beginnings stemmed from a noble mission to address a growing demand for vertical housing in Metro Manila, where land has become increasingly scarce. At that time, Vista Land, through Vista Residences, marked its foray in condominium development with the Marfori Tower in Parañaque City.

These vertical communities are well suited for Filipinos, international investors, young professionals, and students.

Seeing the market’s gradually increasing appetite for high rise developments, it then expanded in more locations within the capital region—from Makati, Pasig, to Taguig City, where it now has Mosaic, KL Mosaic, Laureano di Trevi Towers, Salcedo Square, The Currency, and Avant at the Fort.

It was in 2009 when Vista Residences was finally incorporated, consolidating the development and sales of Vista Land’s top-tier mid- and high-rise condominium projects under a single brand. This signaled the group’s confidence in the local market and bullishness in its prospects for vertical communities.

Prime properties are beautifully designed residences in the central business districts.

From its initial projects, Vista Residences has expanded to more locations in the metro including Quezon City and Mandaluyong, to provide more viable housing options that ensure comfort, convenience, and accessibility. It went on to develop a strong portfolio that now includes Brescia Residences, The Symphony Towers, Pinecrest, Madison Place, Wil Tower, Cerritos Residences, and Vista Shaw.

Responding to a rising need for student housing within Metro Manila, Vista Residences further enhanced its offerings to include vertical communities catering to the academe. It introduced Crown Tower University Belt, 878 España, and Vista Taft in Manila; and Vista 309 Katipunan along Katipunan Avenue in Quezon City.

Attuned to market shifts, changes

Despite having an already strong portfolio, Vista Residences ensured that it would always remain attuned to shifting market preferences and changing landscape.

Vista Residences provides more viable housing options that ensure comfort, convenience, and accessibility.

In 2015, Vista Residences established its “Condominium Series” to better respond to the specific, more intricate needs of the different markets it serves.  It came up with “Prime Properties” which are beautifully designed and skillfully engineered towers that can serve as residences and business headquarters in the central business districts; “Transit-Oriented Developments (TODs)” which refer to condominiums enjoying proximity to transport hubs, thus affording residents ease in movement; and the “University Series” which refer to value-priced, mid- and high-rise towers located within school clusters and near the country’s top educational institutions.

Such successful undertakings prompted Vista Residences to bring its expertise to more locations—this time, outside the capital region. Expanding its geographical footprint, Vista Residences has now established its presence in the Philippines’ Summer Capital through Brenthill Baguio  and Pinehill Baguio; in the Queen City of the South with Suarez Residences Cebu; and in Cagayan de Oro with The Loop Towers.

Transit-oriented developments refer to condominiums enjoying proximity to transport hubs.

Alongside this expansion is the continuing build-up of its prime portfolio within the Metro Manila. There’s also Bradbury Heights along España Boulevard, Vista Recto along Recto Avenue, Vista Heights and Tennyson Heights along Legarda Street, Vista GL Taft and Plumeria Heights along Taft Avenue—and Vista Pointe Katipunan in Quezon City.

Digital innovations

But that’s not all there is to Vista Residences. eyond creating vertical communities well suited for
Filipinos, international investors, young professionals, and students, it also continues to innovate its own processes—evolving well with the times not only to complement the success of its premier developments, but also to better cater to the needs of its valued clients in the digital age.

University Series by Vista Residences are located within school clusters and near the country’s top educational institutions.

These digital innovations made within the company proved to be significant especially during the pandemic.

Enhanced social media presence and engagement in online marketing took Vista Residences to another level. Its physical developments were transformed into 3D virtual project tours. Online reservation portals enabled owners to monitor their properties while sales channels allowed real -time access to available inventory, facilitate reservation payments, and process documents.

Moreover, customer relationship management platforms expedited client communication and
after-sales services.

With two decades of experience under its belt, Vista Residences continues its mission of building for the global Filipino, more committed than ever to change the skyline with its sustainable, innovative, secure, and future-proof vertical communities.
