I have screened thousands of resumes and interviewed hundreds of applicants, and just by seeing our group of razor-sharp employees and now receiving this prestigious award, I’d say that everything is worth it,” said Jaya Cruz, Operations Lead, 26 years old.

 “As a Business Unit Lead, aside from making sure that the operations are running smoothly for the team, it is important for me to know the team’s well-being and how they keep themselves motivated every day. “The team is young, passionate, and energetic. I am the oldest among the regular employees (some consultants are older than me). But given the young vibe, the culture is very creative and ready for whatever transformations and iterations we need to do to serve our applicants and client partners better,” she said. “We are very strong in BPO volume recruitment. Now we are strengthening our other services to complement our client needs such as technology-specialized hiring, clinical requirements, and multilingual professional requirements. We have won 1st place in Best Workplaces Philippines 2023 small category. We aim to grow and hopefully enter the medium category by next year.”
