TLDC strengthens presence in Davao with Crown Residences

Trusted developer Torre Lorenzo Development Corp. (TLDC) is all set to enhance anew the skyline of Davao City with the launch of Crown Residences, the latest addition to its growing premier real estate portfolio in the southern island of Mindanao.

And Crown Residences will be no different. Set to rise within Tierra Davao, this 21-story premium residence is a low-density development with a total of 322 units consisting of studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units.
