Don Tim Development is the Most Outstanding Developer at DHSUD Awards
Don Tim Development Corporation starts 2023 on the right track, following an esteemed recognition given by the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) during the Gawad Parangal sa Pagpapaunlad ng Real Estate held last December 2022.

DTDC was one of the Outstanding Developers awarded by DSHUD Region 4A for actively supporting the government’s housing program under its theme “Abot Kayang Pabahay Tungo sa Panatag na Buhay”. Recipients of the award were acknowledged for providing quality, affordable and decent housing through their real estate projects in Calabarzon.

For decades now, DTDC has been continuously and consistently building quality homes for Filipinos in Tagaytay, Silang, and Alfonso in Cavite, with its five developments: Monte Vista, Alta Monte, Leisure Suites, Montebello, and South Midland. Each of these properties were approved after thorough inspections by DHSUD which covered land development completion; facilities; amenities; and, maintenance. These properties, under the helm of DTDC, were also all found to be compliant of DHSUD’s stringent processes and all its records above board.

In 2021, they were named Silver Winner as Outstanding Developer for Residential Low Rise Category for Alta Monte Leisure Suites by FIABCI-Philippines (International Real Estate Federation). Previously, they were also named South East Asia’s Best of the Best Residences by DOT Property Group.
Throughout the years, DTDC has focused on building homes in Cavite where one can take it easy, live healthily, and thrive. Just recently, DTDC inaugurated its latest home model for its Alfonso property of Montebello- the Lotus Twins, an Asian-style duplex bungalow that is climate-conscious and features open and flexible spaces. Montebello also has two other new designs presently in the works: the Daphne I and the Daphne II.

And as the economy slowly opens up after the pandemic, DTDC remains steadfast in its goal of building quality and more breathable spaces where Filipinos can live and work better in the new normal.
