MANILA, Philippines — Professional networking-focused social media platform LinkedIn has released its list of fastest-growing jobs in the Philippines, with roles such as clinical research associate, business development representative and antimoney laundering analyst making it to the roster.
Job role insights analyst and delivery specialist also made it to LinkedIn’s top five “jobs on the rise.”

The next five “rising” jobs in the roster are media analyst, customer success specialist, virtual medical assistant, salesforce consultant and data engineer.
In this group, the average number of years of prior experience ranges from 1.7 years to 3.3 years.
Media analysts need to have 1.7 years of prior experience, while customer success specialists and virtual medical assistants are required to have 3.7 years and 2.7 years, respectively.

The necessary years of experience for these last five job roles range from 1.2 years to 4.3 years, with the minimum requirement for tax associates and the maximum for DevOps engineers.
LinkedIn’s career expert Pooja Chhabria said there were bright spots in the Philippines’ labor market even while the country’s economy was likely to be uncertain throughout most of 2023.
Chhabria said these opportunities would be driven by macro-trends, such as the rapid acceleration towards greater digitalization and jobs focused on business growth.
“Professionals must embrace lifelong learning to remain competitive and relevant in the fast-evolving world of work,” said the LinkedIn executive.
