Fuel prices to be rolled back starting Dec. 6

MANILA, Philippines — Pump gasoline, diesel, and kerosene prices will be rolled back starting Tuesday, Dec. 6, the third week of price cuts in a row.

In separate advisories on Monday, local oil firms announced the oil price adjustments that will be implemented on Tuesday:

Shell (6 a.m.)

Petrogazz (6 a.m.)

Seaoil  (6 a.m.)

Cleanfuel (8:01 a.m.)

Caltex (12:01 a.m.)

PTT Philippines (6 a.m.)

Effective 12:01AM December 6, 2022, Caltex (CPI) will DECREASE fuel prices of Platinum and Silver by 1.95 Php/L, Diesel by 1.90 Php/L and Kerosene by 1.65 Php/L.

Industry sources earlier said that fuel price rollbacks of P1.90 to P2.10 per liter of diesel and P2 to P2.20 per liter of gasoline can be expected this week.

Local fuel prices are based on the average Mean of Platts Singapore (MOPS).

MOPS is the daily average price of refined petroleum products in Singapore trading. It is used for pricing petroleum products in Southeast Asia.
