Park Central Towers, Ayala Land’s tallest building, tops off
Ayala Land Inc. (ALI), the largest full-line real estate developer in the Philippines, has completed its tallest building in its portfolio to date—the South Tower of Park Central Towers in Makati City.
Developed under the Ayala Land Premier (ALP) brand, the tower rises to a total of 248 meters, comprising 69 low-density levels housing 281 ultra-luxury residential units with sizes ranging up to approximately 1,354 square meters. It is the first of two towers in the master plan of the luxury high-rise development that occupies a covetable address at the corner of Paseo de Roxas and Makati Avenue, across Ayala Triangle Gardens.

The twin-tower complex sits on 1.6 hectares of land and boasts of a distinctive, modern design by Singapore-based boutique luxury design group SCDA Design by Soo Chan, in collaboration with renowned Filipino architectural firm Leandro V. Locsin Partners (LVLP).
The structure was recently topped off in ceremonies led by ALP officials and the Park Central Towers project team and consultants. The roster includes ALI construction subsidiary Makati Development Corporation as project contractor, alongside Sy^2 + Associates as engineer-of-record, together with DCCD Engineering Corporation, NBF Consulting Inc., ALT Cladding Inc., Arcadis and Bureau Veritas.
For design, the project has J. Antonio Mendoza Design Consultants for the residential towers’ interiors, Asuncion Berenguer Inc. in collaboration with Studio Taku Shimizu for the retail podium’s interiors, Q-Works for environmental graphics, Ace and Associates for security, and BCL Asia for landscaping.
“This achievement marks an important milestone for Ayala Land Premier as the brand that upholds the legacy and reputation of Ayala Land in creating distinctive developments and enduring residences in some of the country’s most sought-after addresses,” says ALP president Mike Z. Jugo.
“The occasion also coincides with the 34th anniversary of Ayala Land and serves as another high point in its long history of creating master planned projects and developments that spur growth and progress wherever they are located,” he adds.
Park Central Towers is considered the current flagship offering of ALP, a P40-billion project that is an integral component of the overall redevelopment plan for the Roxas Triangle area in the Makati Central Business District.
The Roxas Triangle complements the Ayala Triangle, which is home to the new Mandarin Oriental hotel and the pioneering Tower One and Exchange Plaza as well as the recently opened Ayala Triangle Tower Two.
Other ongoing projects of ALP include anchor luxury developments in ALI estates, such as Parklinks North Tower in Quezon City, and Arbor Lanes and Gardencourt Residences in Arca South, Taguig City.
