Bringing together hundreds of partner brokers and in-house sellers based in Luzon and Visayas held separately last month, Ayala Land Estates rallied its team with much vigor and optimism as it shared its lofty vision and aggressive expansion plans that would see the launch of new groundbreaking projects in established and up-and-coming estates across the country.

After all, the ALEI group sees its sales ambassadors as important partners in helping create districts that would become new platforms for growth, and in developing more areas that can cater to broader markets. Aggressive expansion plans
According to Lao, Ayala Land Estates has laid out an aggressive expansion plan that will target to double their project launches every year.
“We are going to enter new territories, from south to north, to VisMin, while activating and accelerating the maturity of our existing estates,” Lao said, adding that they will have a lot on their plate in the coming year—a lot of upcoming inventory in new districts.
“The launches this year are very good for us—very good timing. The economy has reopened, and with the improved market confidence, we are releasing to the market the inventory they need,” Lao added.
Empowering sales ambassadors
To further motivate and inspire its team, Ayala Land Estates bared plans that would improve its sales ambassadors’ journey with the company.
Ayala Land Estates broker head Deo Ignacio shared that they changed the way they blaze the trail, and elevated this to the next level by strengthening its 3 Ps—referring to product, process and people.
According to Ignacio, their main offering will continue to be the commercial, shophouse and industrial lots located in prime areas within the ALI estates. Besides offering large cuts of up to 3,000 sqm, ALEI will also offer smaller lots of up to 500 sqm to attract local investors and ensure a more inclusive growth.
In terms of people, the group has rolled out new initiatives that would further empower its sales team. Sales ambassadors will have exclusive access to project information and tools that are interactive, organized and easily accessible.
Also bared were initiatives, innovative measures and different forms of support that would enable the team to inspire their clients to share the same vision, and appreciate the strong potential of Ayala Land’s estates. Outstanding sellers were also recognized during the occasion.
