PropertyGuru celebrates the best in local real estate in 2022 PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards
It was a historical night with many landmark wins.
PropertyGuru, Southeast Asia’s leading property technology company, shone the spotlight on the Philippines’ most innovative real estate developers and projects in the 10th edition of the PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards. Fairmont Makati’s main ballroom was packed with many of the country’s prominent names in real estate in the much awaited black-tie gala.
“The Philippines’ real estate has shown outstanding resilience in the last three years,” said Jules Kay, general manager of PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards and Events. “Even through the pandemic, developers continued to move forward, adapting to the situation, matching the needs and aspirations of the buyers not only here, but also internationally.”
Kay noted how the Philippine property market has grown in extent and diversity, so much so that PropertyGuru even expanded its awards categories over the last few years. Aside from adding more condo and housing awards, it has included lifestyle developments, branded residences, mixed-use developments, coworking spaces as well as bigger projects such as townships, and industrial developments.
“Philippine developers and projects have been awarded the best in Asia at the Property Awards Grand Final for several years in a row,” he said. “We look forward to seeing more Filipino names on that winners list when we announce the regional winners in December in Bangkok.”
Kay announced as well that PropertyGuru has listed on the New York Stock Exchange.
