Capillary Technologies scoops Gold and Silver Awards at the Loyalty and Engagement Awards 2022

Capillary Technologies, a B2B SaaS platform for customer loyalty and engagement, has scooped a gold award and two silver awards at MARKETING-INTERACTIVE’s Loyalty & Engagement Awards 2022. Capillary Technologies was also a finalist in no less than four separate categories.

The gold award was for Domino’s Pizza Indonesia in the Best CRM Strategy category. The silver awards were for Domino’s Pizza Indonesia in the Best Use of Consumer Insights/Data Analytics category and Erajaya Swasembada in the Best Membership Programme category. Capillary was also shortlisted in the Best Omni-Channel Strategy for its work for Biba Fashion.

Organized by Singapore’s MARKETING-INTERACTIVE magazine, the Loyalty & Engagement Awards 2022 covered a total of 43 categories in all. These were adjudicated by a panel of judges from such well-known brands as Singtel, Razer, Philip Morris, JustCo, HSBC Bank, Astrazeneca, Air Asia and Abbott. The winners were announced at a gala awards dinner held at the Shangri-la Hotel Singapore on Friday, August 12, 2022.
