Search for Philippines’ best employers begins
Talented and competent employees go to and stay with companies where they feel they are valued, have room for growth and can contribute to the greater good.
And more recently, new entrants to the workforce are choosing companies to work for based on what else they aside from making a profit – how good they are as a corporate citizen and how they help mitigate the adverse effects of climate change.
Companies that take care of profit, people and the planet, however, are in short supply. More common are companies where employees feel they are mere cogs in the wheel, but need to stay with anyway because they need a job in these uncertain times.
To recognize those companies that employees themselves recognize as being the best employer to work for, the Philippine Daily Inquirer with technical support from German market research firm Statista Inc. Will come up with the Philippines’ Best Employers 2023.
