Pueblo de Oro opens new residential estate in Cebu
Mixed-use property developer Pueblo de Oro Development Corp. (PDO) recently launched a 3.7-hectare (ha) residential project located within its township in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu.
In a statement on Friday, PDO said it had inaugurated Park Place II, the third exclusive subdivision in the P1.63-billion 27.4-ha township Pueblo de Oro Townscapes Mactan.
Park Place II, which complements earlier residential projects La Aldea Del Mar and Park Place, features 194 single-attached housing units with three bedrooms each.
A unit, which has a total floor area of 106.5 square meters, sits on an 88-sqm lot. It costs at least P5.5 million.
A three-level commercial strip is also slated to begin operations in the last quarter of this year, according to PDO.
The mall was expected to “provide residents with the ease and convenience of shopping for their daily needs,” the property developer said, noting that another was planned for next year.
