At the Tindahan Ni Aling Puring Negosyo Convention 2022, Puregold launched the Aling Puring app, a one-stop digital tool created to help sari-sari stores and other small businesses.
The convention, the largest gathering of sari-sari store and small business owners in the country, was staged at the World Trade Center after a two-year hiatus because of the pandemic.
The Aling Puring app is accessible to all Tindahan Ni Aling Puring members for them to venture in e-negosyo opportunities – mobile load, bills payment, and digital wallet cash-in service. It is also connected to the Puregold Mobile application for easy ordering and replenishment of stocks and enjoying special deals and discounts.
“Puregold is equipping Tindahan Ni Aling Puring members with an app that will allow them take advantage of e-negosyo opportunities. Sari-sari store owners can now become the community’s hub for basic essentials, and paying bills or telco load,” said Puregold President Ferdinand Vincent P. Co.
After two years in the pandemic, Puregold is the first retailer to stage and execute a grand scale on-ground event. This is a bold and daring move to support sari-sari store owners. Puregold’s Negosyo Convention 2022 was a 3-day event attended by nearly 30,000 people and supported by 108 partner Suppliers.
Tindahan Ni Aling Puring is Puregold’s customized and holistic membership program that allows sari-sari stores and other small business owners to enjoy free delivery, business financing assistance and free insurance. The program currently has over 660,000 members.
