McDonald’s Philippines and Ayala Land formally sign plans to open a McDonald’s NXTGEN along the bustling Luisita access road in Ayala Land’s Cresendo Tarlac Estate. NXTGEN is the food chain’s innovative store format that features self-ordering kiosks and a multi-point service system.

Another feature of the store would be its dual lane drive-thru which aims to provide a better drive-thru experience for all kinds of vehicles. Set to open by end of 2023, the new branch will be approximately 500 sqm in GFA (Gross Floor Area) and is expected to capture the anticipated growth in the area especially with the projected commercial, shophouse, industrial and institutional build up within the mixed-use development. Cresendo is ALI’s 290-hectare integrated sustainable estate envisioned to be the newest downtown of Tarlac.
