Architect William Ti, the principal architect of WTA Architecture and Design Studio, worked closely with the Mosaic team to design and develop the Silhouette’s signature style.
The developers have tailored The Silhouette experience to be distinctive and tasteful, set in the modern and central City of San Juan. The building will bring new life to the bustling street of Luna Mencias which is located near top schools, shopping districts, and other key locations.

THE AMENITIES
The 19-Storey tower will only accommodate 12 units, assuring residents the utmost privacy and exclusivity. There are floors dedicated to communal spaces decked out with the finest amenities, from two pools to a premium gym. The amenity deck and rooftop also has a picturesque view of the Ortigas skyline, the perfect backdrop for the full-service function hall made for intimate get-togethers.
