Eligible customers may create their pawn tickets by visiting www.pawnhero.ph or downloading the PawnHero App on the Google Play Store or iOS App Store. They may also schedule a visit at the 7th floor, W Global Center, 30th Street corner 9th Avenue, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig from Monday to Saturday, between 9AM and 7PM, if they prefer to pawn in person.
Curious about your item’s loan value? You may upload photos and detailed descriptions of your item through the website, app, or via PawnHero’s official Facebook Messenger account. Once submitted, an initial offer will be sent, and you will be prompted to book item pick-up or a walk-in schedule for a physical appraisal of your item. For item pick-up options, a Pawntrooper rider comes to your location free of charge and transports your item to the PawnHero headquarters for the valuation process. When the final offer is made and accepted, you will instantly receive your cash via InstaPay or PESONet – a process that typically takes only one transaction day to complete.
PawnHero accepts a wide range of pawnable items from designer bags, luxury watches, and jewelry, to smartphones, smart TVs, game consoles, and other gadgets.
All pawned items are covered by Pioneer Insurance for free.
