Two more sites at Robinsons Malls for temporary offsite passport services

Robinsons Malls, through its Lingkod Pinoy Center Program, and partnership with Department of Foreign Affairs, make passport services to Filipinos more accessible and convenient as it recently opened a newemporary  TOffsite Passport Services (TOPS) in Novaliches, Quezon City and South of Metro Manila in Lipa, Batangas.

DFA TOPS NOW OPEN IN LIPA CITY: The ceremonial opening of TOPS Site in Robinsons Place Lipa was graced by (l-r) Business Manager, APO Printing Inc. – Mr. Glenn Cureg, DFA Head of Consular Office- Lipa – Mr. Jose Christian C. The opening of TOPS sites in Robinsons Novaliches, level 3 and Robinsons Place Lipa, Level 2 , will cater passport renewals and target to serve more applicants per day. Through this partnership, the public is ensured of an efficient, safe and easeful journey in conducting business with the government.

TOPS AT ROBINSONS NOVALICHES: The new TOPS site in Novaliches, Quezon City was inaugurated by CO NRC North Head Emmanuel Arbado; DFA-OCA Asec Senen Mangalile ; Robinsons Malls Operations Director for Luzon, Ms. Cathy S. Alejandro; and Robinsons Malls Special Projects Manager Ms. Tess Miranda.

Applicants must first set an appointment through the DFA Online Appointment System at www.passport.gov.ph. Only those with fully accomplished printed appointments shall be accepted in the passport processing site. 

To date there are five DFA TOPS Sites in Robinsons Malls – Robinsons Magnolia, Robinsons Place Las Pinas, Robinsons Galleria South, Robinsons Novaliches and Robinsons Place Lipa
